What the Gaming Commission says

What the law imposes
The Belgian framework around player protection is considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. By default €200 per week per site may go in.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: the block covers every licence holder in the country. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; for the National Lottery 18 remained the rule. The check is automatic.

Is Woohoo legal in Belgium?

Can I change my limit?
The statutory standard is €200 per week. Going down is always allowed, going up is not. It is on by default; you need do nothing. Set it deliberately lower if you are unsure.
